I was recently sent several Fiber Gourmet products to try out and review here at The Speedy Gourmet.  We all know the benefits of fiber in our diet, but sometimes it is hard to find just the right (and appealing!) food to do the job.

I was eager to try these, and I have to tell you, they are GOOD!  From the snacks to the Pasta (including their mac and cheese!), they were all very tasty.  My daughter, who is a big mac and cheese expert, enjoyed it very much, and mentioned that she would love to have more on hand to have for snacks and with dinners. That says a lot coming from a 13-year old!
